To be an Admin your character must be an Adult Level Witch/Wizard. You must also have knowledge of html as Admins are expected to help keep the site updated.

Admins have both an IC and OOC responsibility. IC they would project themslves as thier position calls for, such as the Slytherin Head of House scolding or praising a Slytherin student. OOC Admin will moderate the boards to ensure everyone is following the rules, and they will be responsibile for certain areas of the sites upkeep.

Headmistress - The headmistress oversees all aspects of the running of the community, including doing the duties of all other admin when necessary.
Deputy Head - Assists the headmistress in all aspects of the running of the community, including doing the duties of all other admin when necessary.
Grounds Keeper - Responsible for reviewing joining applications and updating the site with new members bio pages, they will also help out the Heads of House in updating member pages when necessary.
Heads of House - Responsible for reviewing raising applications and grading O.W.L.S. and N.E.W.T.S. for members of thier house. They will also update members bio pages with the O.W.L. and N.E.W.T. grades and exam experiences, and move the members on the member list to appropriate rank.
