RP Rules
1. Do not use other player’s characters without their permission. You can create non-player characters during the course of role play to add more people, but keep in mind that non-player characters can be controlled by anyone.

2. Do not be rude or insult other players we’re all here to have fun.

3. Make a note of each board’s specific rules and try not to step out of those boundaries.

4. Try to make posts at least 100 words, preferably more. It gives others something to go on when RPing with you. This doesn’t mean we’re going to go deleting your posts if they are less, it just adds more to the RP when posts are longer.

5. You cannot use characters from the books! These RP’s are set in the world of Harry Potter, but we want to be original to some extent

Fanfic Rules
1. Fanfics must include your character

2. Fanfics can be written based on any time in your characters life except the future, what this means is you can write a fanfic from before your character was in Hogwarts, or you could be a year 5 and have a good idea from when your character was a year 2, but you cannot write about your character being in year 6 if you are still in year 5.

3. Please use common courtesy when writing your fanfics, we do not need to see needless cursing or read graphic scenes.

4. If you plan to use another player’s character in your fanfic, make sure you get their permission and run the final product by them to ensure they are happy with the way you used their character.
